I work with teen boys, yeshiva bochurim, adults, and couples facing a wide range of challenges. Some of the most common reasons people seek therapy include:
Anxiety and stress
Depression
Anger and emotional regulation
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Marriage and relationship challenges
Communication difficulties
Religious guilt and perfectionism
Career and life transitions
Parenting and family pressures
Challenges unique to the frum community
Adjustment and identity issues for Anglo olim
Even if your particular concern is not listed above, you're welcome to reach out. Therapy is not only for times of crisis—it can also be a place to gain clarity, develop greater self-understanding, and create meaningful change in your life.

Yes. I offer online therapy sessions for individuals and couples. Online therapy provides the same opportunity for meaningful conversation, growth, and support while offering the convenience of meeting from your home, office, or another private location.

I believe that effective therapy is about understanding the person, not just treating the symptoms.
Many therapists are trained primarily in a single modality and apply the same framework to most clients. While therapeutic techniques can be valuable, I believe lasting change comes from understanding the unique experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that shape a person's life.
Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I work to understand what is driving the challenges you're facing and tailor therapy to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances.
In addition, as a therapist and member of the frum community, I bring both professional training and a firsthand understanding of the cultural, religious, family, and communal dynamics that can play an important role in people's lives. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your goals, the challenges you're facing, and the pace that feels right for you.
Some people come for short-term support focused on a specific issue, while others choose to engage in longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns, relationships, and personal growth.
At the beginning of our work together, we'll discuss your goals and regularly evaluate your progress. My aim is not to keep people in therapy longer than necessary, but to help them create meaningful and lasting change.
